Managing disposable immovable assets

The main goal of the Asset Management Department is to deal with temporarily or permanently disposable assets, or related movable assets of the state managed by SŽDC. The management of these assets includes transfers of the right concerning the management of the assets or transfers of the property ownership, privatization and temporary utilization of the assets by third parties.
