SALE OF SZDC OUTSTANDING DEBTS

As of 23.5.2007, Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization, annunciates a public tender for selecting a person who will be passed on a set of outstanding debts on behalf of some debtors entitled Block D SŽDC. Detailed information on the Block D SŽDC and on the tender conditions is available below.

Conditions concerning the application for this tender are described below.

SALE OF INDIVIDUAL OUTSTANDING DEBTS OF SŽDC

Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization, invites the applicants to submit proposals on individual transfers of a debt on behalf of debtors specified in the list.

The only criterion to implement the transfer of a debt is the amount of the proposed payment for the transfer and the profitability of the terms of payment.

In case you are interested in any of the debts, you can anytime submit a written proposal including statutory declaration stating that you dispose of sufficient financial means to make the payment for the transfer of a debt at the proposed amount.

Proposals shall be sent registered or personally submitted in the filling room of SŽDC, Dlážděná 1003/7, Praha 1, in a sealed envelope, marked with a distinct title „PROPOSAL TO TRANSFER A DEBT“ „DO NOT OPEN!“ in the upper left-hand corner below the sender´s address.

Start of discussions on the proposal on behalf of SŽDC is not obligatory and does not put a legal claim to conclude a contract on the transfer of a debt.

Outstanding debts put on the list are those assumed from the former Czech Railways, state organization. They expired in 2002 and earlier. It concerns debts arisen from contracts of carriage and services associated with rail transportation, contracts of lease or from non-payment of operations or other deliveries. Indicated data serve just as a reference, it is possible to receive more precise information on individual debts if you call contact persons put on the list of debts.
