SALE OF INDIVIDUAL OUTSTANDING DEBTS OF SŽDC

The Railway Infrastructure Administration, state organization, invites bidders to submit their bids for individual transfers of debts on behalf of debtors specified in the list.

The only criterion to implement the transfer of a debt is the amount of the proposed payment for the transfer and the profitability of the terms of payment.

In case you are interested in any of the debts, you can submit your bid in writing before the deadline specified in the list of debts, including a statutory declaration stating that you dispose of sufficient financial means to make the payment for the transfer of a debt at the proposed amount.

The bids shall be sent registered or personally submitted in the filling room of SŽDC, Dlážděná 1003/7, Praha 1, 110 00, in a sealed envelope, marked with a distinct title „BID FOR DEBT TRANSFER“ „DO NOT OPEN!“ in the upper left-hand corner below the sender´s address.

The bids can also be submitted after the deadline, however, without guarantee to be included for the assessment.

The start of discussions on the bid on behalf of SŽDC is not obligatory and does not put a legal claim to conclude a contract for the debt transfer.

Outstanding debts put on the list are SŽDC´s debts (including those taken over from the former Czech Railways, state organization.  They include the debts arisen from contracts of carriage and services associated with rail transportation, contracts of lease or from non-payment of operations or other deliveries etc. The presented data serve as a reference only; it is possible to obtain more detailed information on relevant debts if you call the contact persons put on the list of debts.
