Extraordinary change in railway passenger transport
Prague, 27 August 2014 – As of Monday 1 September 2014, the Railway Infrastructure Administration prepared an extraordinary change of regional railway passenger transport timetable. Adjustments in train rides will occur on lines No 036, 091, 120, 122, 173 and on a city transport line (ML).
The extraordinary change takes place based on a requirement of České dráhy in relation to opening new railway stops Praha-Podbaba, Hostivice-Sadová, Hostivice-U hřbitova, Chýně, Jinočany, Rudná stop and to closing railway stations Praha-Bubeneč and Nová Ves nad Nisou. We are drawing attention especially to a totally different concept of regional transport on lines 122 and 173 in comparison to the current state where due to new stops’ opening, the offer of train connections provided by České dráhy is considerably extended
The change has been carried out in timetables displayed at railway stations and in online browsers. For the needs of common timetable users it has already been published on the Railway Infrastructure Administration’s website www.szdc.cz. More information can be acquired at passenger cash desks and in information centres of České dráhy.
