Another benefit of the construction is the enhancement of rail operation safety by means of up-to-date signalling installation, and higher comfort for the public in the form of barrier-free accesses or information systems. Overall, the construction provided higher technical parameters in line with the requirements for the trans-European railway network (TEN-T).
