Information on pursuance of preliminary market cosultation


Správa železniční dopravní cesty, státní organizace, with seat Praha 1 – Nové Město, Dlážděná 1003/7, Postal Code Number 110 00, ID Code 709 94 234 (hereinafter “the Submitter”), asked the Association for Infrastructure Development (hereinafter “ARI”) for collaboration in connection with placement proceedings preparation for placing a public order with the expected designation as ”Feasibility study of the high-speed line Praha – Brno - Břeclav“ (Public order).

The submitter is interested in placement of conditions corresponding to his needs as much as possible and at the same time in their being - together with the subject of order – set in accordance with Act No 134/2016 Coll., on Placing Public Orders (hereinafter “ZZVZ”), especially with the principle of adequacy as well as with other principles as regulated by Article 6 of ZZVZ. Therefore, the Submitter decided to present his intent by means of the preliminary market consultation institute pursuant to Article 33 of ZZVZ (hereinafter “Consultation”) to a group of potential suppliers and to discuss with them crucial points of placement conditions of the Public order together with their wording to assure comprehensibility and unambiguity.

The Submitter asked ARI to act as the organiser and moderator of the Consultation. ARI will be also providing additional information to all interested parties. The Consultation date was set for 30 January 2017; interested parties can register for participation in the Consultation till 20 January 2017 (or up to filling the limit of 36 participants). During the Consultation preparation, ARI addressed primarily potential suppliers which are known to him and to the Submitter especially from previous similar projects.
